Bio:
Kevin grew up in Gresham, Oregon. He attended classes at the University of Portland, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree (B.B.A.), Cum Laude. While in college, he worked in the commercial finance industry, sourcing and serving small business financing arrangements. Kevin is now a shareholder in American Leasing Company and one of the original founding members of American Leasefund, Inc. Both companies have funded and serviced millions of dollars in equipment transactions since 1993 and 1999 respectively.
Soon after co-founding American Leasefund, Kevin finished law school at the Northwestern School of Law at Lewis & Clark College. There, he earned his Juris Doctorate degree, along with a Certificate in General Business Law.
Kevin has extensive experience in the equipment finance industry, specifically related to Uniform Commercial Codes Article 2 (Sales), 2A (Finance Leases) and 9 (Secured Transactions.) Outside his work with American Leasing & Financial, Kevin represents clients in a variety of related matters, including entity formation, business sales, employment, real estate, commercial finance transactions and litigation.
